Manually uploading receipts can be time-consuming. Weel's Email-in Receipts feature allows you to simply forward your email receipts to receipts@letsweel.ai, and we'll take care of the rest!
The Dedicated Receipts Email Address:
To get started, simply send or forward your email receipts to: receipts@letsweel.ai
This is the central email address for all of your Weel users to submit their receipts.
Forward Your Email Receipts:
Whenever you receive a receipt in your email inbox (for example, from a store, a subscription service, or an online purchase), simply forward that email to receipts@letsweel.ai.
Important: Make sure you are forwarding the email from the email address associated with your Weel account. Our system uses your sender email address to identify you and correctly assign the receipt.
What Happens Next?
Once you send an email to receipts@letsweel.ai:
We receive the email: Our system will pick up the email and its contents.
We try to match it: Weel will then attempt to intelligently match the saved receipt document to any of your existing expenses that are awaiting a receipt. We use information from the receipt to make the best match.
You'll see it in Weel: If a match is successful, the receipt will be automatically attached to the corresponding expense.
Tips for Best Results:
- Ensure attachments are clear: Forward emails with clear, legible receipt attachments.
- Send from your registered email: Always use the email address linked to your Weel profile to ensure the receipt is correctly assigned to your account.
