Updating your personal information ensures your Weel account details are accurate and up to date. This includes your name, email address, and phone number.
To update your personal information on the web:
Click the Cog Wheel Icon in the top right corner.
Go to Settings.
Select Profile.
Click Edit Profile.
Update your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
Click Update Profile.
To update your personal information on the mobile app:
Tap the menu button in the top left corner.
Tap Profile.
Tap Edit in the top right corner.
Update your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
Tap Save.
Your personal details will be updated across your Weel account immediately and reflected in all future communications and transactions.
