Update your name, email address, or phone number from Settings on the web app, or from your Profile in the mobile app, to keep your Weel account details accurate.
On the web
- Click the Settings icon (cog wheel) in the top-right corner of the header.
- Select Account settings from the dropdown.
- This opens the Settings page on the Profile tab.
- Click Edit Profile.

Update your First Name, Middle Name (or tick "I don't have a middle name" if it doesn't apply to you), Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- All fields, including the middle name declaration, must be filled in before Update Profile becomes active.
- Click Update Profile to save, or Cancel to discard your changes.
On the mobile app
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
- Tap Profile.

Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner to enter edit mode.
- The icon changes to a close (X) icon while you're editing; there's no separate "Edit" label.
- Update your First Name, Middle Name (or the "no middle name" option), Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- Tap Save.
If your business uses Single Sign-On (SSO), the Email Address field is disabled or replaced with a message asking you to contact your administrator. This applies on both web and mobile; SSO accounts can't change their email address directly.
What happens next
Your changes apply immediately. There's no confirmation link or code to enter for a new email address or phone number. Weel sends a security notification to your old email address whenever your email or phone number changes (this is skipped for phone number if you're adding one for the first time). You can't change your email address to one that's already in use on another active Weel account.
Because your email address is also your Weel login username, changing it changes what you sign in with straight away. This is different from changing your password, which signs you out of all devices and requires you to log back in. Updating your name, email, or phone number does not sign you out.
Your updated details apply across your Weel account going forward, including future communications and transactions.
