How to request a top-up from the mobile app

To request a top-up via the Weel mobile app.

  1. Open Weel App

  2. Open the Approvals tab

  3. Tap the +

  4. Enter How much additional funds you need

  5. Enter What For so that your approver understands why you are making the request

  6. Select the Budget that needs the extra funds

  7. Select a budget and tap Save

  8. Tap Request

  9. The approvers of the budget will be instantly notified by email and push notification

  10. You will receive an email and push notification as soon as your request is Approved or Declined

You can view the status of a request at any time by opening the Approvals tab and then opening the Pending page.
