You are billed for any user with the card payment type multiplied by the monthly user fee for your plan.
Any additional add-ons like Bills and SSO will be added on top of this. You can learn more about our different pricing plans and add-ons here.
For example, if you are on the Growth plan and have 5 users with the card payment type and 5 users without it then your bill would be $17.00 * 5 = $85.00.
Please note: A minimum of $6 will be charged to keep the account open even if there are no cardholders.
Payment types determine which kinds of payments your staff can make. Your staff can be given access to Cards, Bills and Reimbursements:
You will only be charged for any user with the card payment type selected. Bills and Reimbursements do not have a per-user fee. A minimum of $6 will be charged if there are no users with the Cards payment type.
Your Weel plan is based on the number of payments made across your Weel account:

The starter plan has a limit of 20 business payments per month. Once you exceed this limit you will be automatically upgraded to the Growth plan which has a limit of 150 business payments per month. If you need to make more than 150 business payments per month please contact our sales team to setup a Custom plan.
N.B.: Our billing isn't pro-rata, this means if you remove or add a card user mid-billing cycle this will still be charged in full.
