From the 5th September, you will see that DiviPay has officially rebranded as Weel. Across our product, website and communication channels you will see that we have also made changes to our logo, app icon, as well as the general look and feel.
We know that this is a big (and hopefully exciting) change, so we’ve tried to capture as many FAQs as possible to make the transition to our new brand a breeze. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to get in touch with our support team here, or if you’d like to share some feedback about the new brand, you can do so here.
Why did DiviPay rebrand?
We have updated our logo, name and look and feel to better reflect the product we are today, where we’re heading tomorrow, and the vision we have to create culture-first finance tools that help grow businesses.
You can read more about our decision to rebrand here.
What has changed?
As part of this rebrand, we have updated our name, logo and colour palette across our product, website and all our communications.
Has this rebrand changed any existing functionality?
No. This rebrand in our product was purely a visual update. It will not change how you use our product on a day to day basis.
Do I need to update my card details?
All your card details for both subscriptions, online and in-store payments will remain the same, including your card numbers in your smart wallet.
Why ‘Weel’, and what does the logo mean?
The name Weel is a clear nod to the role we play in helping move businesses forward. Our solutions are designed to help finance teams and everyday people get on with their jobs, maintain momentum and not have spend management get in the way. It's also short, sweet, and easy to remember.
Arguably our most famous product is the virtual corporate credit card. But we're so much more than that. For us, the card is an invitation to a wider world of spend management and our growing list of features.
Why did we decide on lime green as our new colour?
The finance space (both traditional and 'neo') has become saturated with colour cliches. Lime however, is a stand up and be noticed colour and is complimented by a simple yet sophisticated palette to help it stand out as a category leader.
Weel is a digital first brand and by using the Lime colour, we are easily and quickly able to direct people to important features throughout our product, both on desktop and mobile. With accessibility front of mind, we strive to make using our product a breeze.
Can I change back to the old view?
Unfortunately, no. Our previous colour scheme and design will no longer be supported in our product.
Why can’t I see the new app icon?
If you can’t see the new app icon or colour changes in your product after the 6th September, you may need to manually update your app. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play.
Where can I provide feedback about the new brand?
We’d love to hear what you think about our new brand. You can share your thoughts here.
Will you be making further brand changes following 5 September?
Although we don’t have any further brand changes planned for the near future, you may continue to see visual tweaks and updates both in our product and across our website.
Is DiviPay restructuring?
No, there are no corporate or structural changes that are associated with this visual rebrand and name change.
Will my billing email with DiviPay still work?
While you will see an updated email domain in your Bills tab, for the time being all emails sent to either your DiviPay or the new Weel billing email will both work.
If you have given the billing email address to internal staff or vendors to submit bills, it’s a good idea to share the new email address with them as soon as possible to avoid any errors here in the future. You can find more information about your billing email address here.
