I've forgotten my password. How do I create a new one?

How to reset your password from the Weel mobile app:

  1. Open the Weel mobile

  2. Tap Need help on the login screen

  3. Tap I forgot my password

  4. Enter the email address you used to create your account

  5. Tap Reset password

  6. A reset email will be sent to your email address

  7. Tap the Reset your password button in the email

  8. Enter a new password

  9. Click Reset password

  10. Login using your email address and new password

 

How to reset your password from the Weel website

  1. Click Login in the top-right corner

  2. Click Forgot password

  3. Enter the email address you use to create your account

  4. Click Reset password

  5. A reset email will be sent to your email address

  6. Click the Reset your password button in the email

  7. Enter a new password

  8. Click Reset password

  9. Login using your email address and new password
