If a bill payment fails for an unexpected reason, Weel makes it easy to understand why and how to resolve it. To resolve a failed bill payment:

Open the Bills page

Click the Failed Payments filter

Hover over the Failed payments stage label or open the transaction to review why the payment failed and how to fix it

Follow the steps to resolve the issue

Once the issue is resolved Weel will automatically reattempt the payment.
Please note, the owner of the bill will also receive an email notification explaining why the payment has failed and how to fix it.
