What is it?
A Letter of Authority confirms that you (the applicant) have authority to sign up to Weel on behalf of your business or organisation. It's required when you (the applicant) are not a Director or equivalent of the business. The letter provides confirmation that you have the appropriate authority and permission to create a Weel account for the business.
If you are not a Director or equivalent, without a Letter of Authority you won't be able to proceed with setting up Weel for your business.

Can I use my own authority letter?
For the quickest processing of your Letter of Authority, use the template we provide. This ensures we have all the information we need.
You may already have a generic authority letter that your business uses. If this is the case, you can upload this letter in place of our template if:
- It is signed by someone listed above
- It covers the three points in the default letter
Please note that using your own authority letter may result in delays in approving your Weel account, as we will need to conduct an additional review of the document you provide.
