What username and password do I enter on the connect company file screen for the MYOB Account Right Integration?

Note: You will need to have the Administrator role to integrate MYOB Account Right with Weel. If you do not have the Administrator role, then please ask whoever does to do the integration.
 
If you do not know who has the Administrator role then please contact MYOB Product Support for help.
 
Forgotten your company file user name?
To find your company filer user name:
  1. Open the desktop version of MYOB Account Right
  2. Open the Setup menu
  3. Click User Access
  4. On the Manage users tab select yourself from the list of Company File Users
  5. You’ll find your Company file user name on the right hand side under Company file sign-on details
  6. Enter this into the Username field
  7. Click Complete integration
Forgotten your company file password?
You’ll need to get another user with the Administrator role to set a new password for you by following these steps:
  1. Open the desktop version of MYOB Account Right
  2. Open the Setup menu
  3. Click User Access
  4. Go to the Setup menu and choose User Access
  5. On the Manage users tab get them to select yourself from the list of Company File Users
  6. Enter a password in the Password field and Confirm Password fields.
  7. Once they have recovered your password enter this into the Password field on Weel
  8. Click Complete integration
If there is no other user with the Administrator role then
  1. Please use MYOB’s Password Recovery service to recover your password
  2. Once your password is recovered enter this into the Password field on Weel
  3. Click Complete integration
Please ensure the "This user will sign on with a my.MYOB account (Recommended)" option is unticked. For reference:
