To enable this feature, you must be on a Premium plan or above, and your user account must have permission to edit business settings. If you are currently on a basic plan and would like to enable this feature, please get in touch with our customer success team at success@letsweel.com.
- Visit the Weel app on desktop
- Click the Settings gear in the top right corner and choose Settings
- Open the Expense management section in the menu on the left
- Look for Expense Express Completion
- Use the toggle to turn on the feature
The feature will be active on all user accounts as soon as you turn it on, including your own account.
Any user who already has incomplete expenses will have their budget cards blocked immediately. They’ll receive an email and push notification, and can follow the steps to unblock their budget cards.
How do I disable this feature?
To disable this feature, your user account must have permission to edit business settings.
- Visit the Weel app on desktop
- Click the Settings gear in the top right corner and choose Settings
- Open the Expense management section in the menu on the left
- Look for Expense Express Completion
- Use the toggle to turn off the feature
Any users whose budget cards are blocked will be immediately unblocked.
