Our NetSuite bank feeds implementation has an important limitation: only one active linked account is supported per NetSuite instance at any one time. This constraint means that attempting to link a second account to a NetSuite instance will fail.

Instructions

Step 1: Delete the existing Merge shared secret in NetSuite

1. Navigate to the list of record types

    

   

    

2. Scroll down to “Merge Bank Feeds Secret” → List

    

   

    

3. Edit → delete every existing record by hovering over the row → Delete Record

    

   

Step 2: Delete the existing Merge shared secret in NetSuite

1. Delete, or archive + rename, any financial institution with the same name as “{your_organization_name} Financial Institution “

   1. Navigate to the list of financial institutions

      Find the problematic financial institution → Edit → Actions → Delete

       

      

       

   2. If deleting fails (often with a “dependent records” error), archive + rename it via: Edit → check “Inactive” → rename the institution → Save

Step 3: Relink in Weel

1. Go to https://app.letsweel.com/app/settings#integrations 
2. Start relinking process
