When AI auto-complete descriptions is enabled on your account, Weel AI will automatically complete the description field in card expense reports for all users. You’ll still need to review and submit each expense on completion.
Weel AI learns your unique patterns for each merchant and applies these automatically – so every transaction has a clear and consistent description.
Any updates made to the descriptions generated will be remembered by Weel AI and applied going forward.
How do I change a suggested description?
- Go to Expenses in the Weel mobile app or the Transactions page on the web app
- Open the relevant transaction
- In the Description field you can either clear the field using the clear icon or select the text and update
- Click Update or once all fields are complete you can Submit your expense
