What you'll see
Business spend metrics
Get an at-a-glance view of company-wide spend compared to your 12-month historical average. Use the period filter to focus on a specific timeframe.
Scheduled payments
A widget showing all upcoming AP invoices and reimbursements due in the next 30 days, so you can plan cash flow without digging through individual records.
Expense performance
Track your team's monthly expense completion rate at a glance with the Expense Performance KPI widget. See how the team is tracking against submission expectations.
Task management
See outstanding team tasks in one place — including incomplete expenses and pending approvals. Use the Yours / All others tabs to filter between items assigned to you and everything else.

Stay up to date with the latest Weel features directly from your dashboard feed.
Switching between Admin and Individual views
If you also submit expenses yourself, you can toggle between your Admin view (business-wide metrics) and your Individual view (personal spend and cards) with a single click. Look for the view switcher at the top of the dashboard.
