Assign a custom field to your Weel subscription fee to control which budgets and subscriptions require it, a Premium and Enterprise plan feature.
Before you start
- Custom Fields must be turned on for your business, available on Premium and Enterprise plans, not Basic. If you don't see a Custom Fields section under Settings, or it's greyed out with a tooltip, this is why.
- The custom field must already exist. See How to add a custom field to your expense reports if you haven't created one yet.
Steps
- Click Settings.
- Click Expense fields.
- Scroll down to Custom Fields.
- Click the relevant custom field to open it for editing.
-
Under Which budgets and subscriptions require this field?, choose one:
- All current and future budgets / subscriptions: the field applies automatically to every budget and subscription you have now, and every one you create later.
- Specific budgets / subscriptions: pick one or more budgets and subscriptions, including your Weel Monthly Fee subscription, the budget your Weel plan's own subscription fee is billed against.
- None: the field won't be required on any budget or subscription, and it's hidden from the transactions table and CSV exports. Use this to switch a field off without deleting it.
- Click Update custom field.
