The team member dashboard is your personal home screen, surfacing what needs your attention the moment you log in. It's available automatically to every team member, whether your business is on Basic, Premium, or Enterprise, with no setup required. Five widgets bring your spend, cards, incomplete expenses, requests and approvals, and product updates together in one place.
How It Works
- Your spend: See your personal spend at a glance, using the period filter (This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter, This Year, or Last Year) to focus on the timeframe you need.
- Your budget & subscription cards: View, search, and filter every budget and subscription card assigned to you by All, Budgets, or Subscriptions, and use View card numbers to pull up card details whenever you need them.
- Incomplete expenses: Open any transaction missing details straight from the dashboard, fill in what's needed, and use Save and next to move through your list (it reads just Save on your last item); View all takes you to the full list in Transactions.
- Requests & approvals: Check Your requests (budget top-up requests, Accounts Payable, reimbursements, and purchase orders you've submitted) and Your approvals (items waiting on your sign-off), filtered by payment type (All types, Accounts Payable, Reimbursement, Purchase Order, or Request For Funds) or by period (All time, Last 14 days, or Last 30 days).
- Live product updates: Stay current with up to three of the latest Weel features relevant to your role, each tagged New for its first 14 days; you see the same feed as an Admin, minus admin-only announcements.
Good to know
- The Your spend comparison changes with your filter: a genuine 12-month average for This/Last Month, a 4-quarter average for This/Last Quarter, and a straight prior-year comparison for This/Last Year. The widget's caption always reads "Based on the previous 12 months," even though that's only literally true for the monthly view.
- Budget top-up requests in Requests & approvals don't open a detail page when clicked; open the relevant budget instead to check their status.
- The Live product updates panel is temporarily replaced by a business-verification prompt if your business hasn't completed its first funding or transaction yet.
