Download the Weel app to manage expenses, cards, and transactions on the go; if you're not sure you need it, see Understanding Who Should Download the Weel Mobile App.
Before you start
- Your device needs iOS 15.1 or later. Older versions may not install correctly, or the App Store may show the app as incompatible. Check compatibility in How to check if your device supports the Weel mobile app. If your device doesn't qualify, you can still use every Weel feature from the web app at app.letsweel.com.
- Anyone can download the app: your assigned permissions, not your role, decide what you can do once you're signed in.
Steps
- Open the Apple App Store.
- Tap the Search tab.

Search for Weel and select Weel: Expense Management.
- Or go straight to the Weel app on the App Store.
- Tap Download.
- Authenticate the download using your device's passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID. This is an Apple App Store security step, not something Weel controls.
- Once the app has downloaded, tap Open.
What happens next
Sign in to the Weel app using your existing Weel credentials, or create a new account. From there, you can submit expenses, capture receipts with your camera, add your card to Apple Wallet, approve items on the go, and get push notifications on your phone.
