How to update your password

Update your password for the Weel web or mobile app; it's case-sensitive and the same for both.

Web app

  1. Click the settings icon in the top header.
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu. This opens on the Profile tab by default.
  3. Scroll to the Security section and click Change Password.
  4. Enter your old password.
  5. Choose a new password.
  6. Re-enter your new password to confirm.
  7. Click Update Password.

Mobile app

  1. Tap the Menu button in the top left corner.
  2. Tap Security.
  3. Tap Change Password.
  4. Enter your old password.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Confirm your new password.
  7. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

What happens next

For your security, changing your password signs you out of all devices and sessions on both web and mobile. You'll need to log back in with your new password.
