If you have attempted to reset your password but have not received the reset password email, please check that you have:
Created your Weel account. When first invited, you are sent an email to create your account. Ensure you have completed this step.
Verify you are using the correct email address associated with your Weel account.
Ensure you have clicked the Reset Password button on the Forgot Password screen.
