How is my bill calculated (Starter/Growth/Scale plans only)?

You are billed for any user with the card payment type multiplied by the monthly user fee for your plan.

Any additional add-ons like Bills and SSO will be added on top of this. To learn more about SSO pricing, please contact help@letsweel.com and someone will be in touch.

For example, if you are on the Growth plan and have 5 users with the card payment type and 5 users without it then your bill would be $17.00 * 5 = $85.00.

Please note: A minimum of $6 will be charged to keep the account open even if there are no cardholders. 

Payment Types

Payment types determine which kinds of payments your staff can make. Your staff can be given access to Cards, Bills and Reimbursements:

You will only be charged for any user with the card payment type selected. Bills & Reimbursements do not have a per-user fee. A minimum of $6 will be charged if there are no users with the Cards payment type. 

For Bills, there will be a charge of $8 per month plus a small amount per invoice paid:

Reimbursements is available at the additional rate of $5 per user per month. Reimbursements will be free for any users who already have cards as a payment type.

Plan

Your Weel plan is based on the number of payments made across your Weel account:

The starter plan has a limit of 20 business payments per month. Once you exceed this limit you will be automatically upgraded to the Growth plan which has a limit of 150 business payments per month. If you need to make more than 150 business payments per month please contact our sales team to setup a Custom plan.

N.B.: Our billing isn't pro-rata, this means if you remove or add a card user mid-billing cycle this will still be charged in full.
