Your phone number in Weel is used for multi-factor authentication (MFA), so keeping it up to date ensures you can always securely access your account. You can update it from both the web and the mobile app.
Before You Start
You will need access to your current phone number to complete any MFA verification during the update process.
If you cannot access the phone number linked to your Weel account, please contact our Support Team at help@letsweel.com, and we’ll assist you with updating it securely.
Steps
On the web:
- Click the cog wheel icon in the top right corner
- Go to Settings
- Select Profile
- Click Edit Profile
- Update your phone number
- Click Update Profile
On the mobile app:
- Tap the menu button in the top left corner
- Tap Profile
- Tap Edit in the top right corner
- Update your phone number
- Tap Save
What Happens Next
Your phone number will be updated immediately. The next time you log in, any MFA verification codes will be sent to your new number. If you experience any issues receiving SMS codes after updating, check that the number has been entered correctly, including the country code.
