Your Weel account gives you access to your company card, expense tools, and the Weel mobile app. This guide walks you through setting up your account after receiving an invitation from your administrator.
Before You Start
You will need an invitation email from your company's Weel administrator. If you have not received one, ask your admin to invite you via the People page.
Steps
To create your account:
- Open the invitation email sent to you by Weel. The subject line will read: You have been invited to Weel
- Click Create account to join team. This will open a page in your browser where you can enter your account details.
- Enter your First Name and Last Name
- Enter Mobile Number. International numbers are accepted if you are not located in Australia
- Enter your Date of birth. Users joining Weel will need to be 18 years old or older
- Enter your Nationality
- Enter a Password. Your password is case sensitive and will be the same one you use to log in to the Weel mobile app.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Create Account to finish
What Happens Next
Once your account is created, you will be taken into the Weel platform. As a team member, your day-to-day experience with Weel will centre around the mobile app, where you can make payments, submit expense reports, and manage your card. Download the Weel app from the App Store or Google Play to get started.
If you need to update your name, email, or phone number after signing up, you can do this at any time from your Profile settings.
