If your Weel invitation link isn't working, work through these checks to find the cause and get your account set up.
Steps
-
Check whether you already have a Weel account with this email.
- If you see "An account with this email already exists," don't use the sign-up form. Log in at https://app.letsweel.com/app/login with your existing email and password, then open the invitation link again. Because you're already logged in, Weel adds the new business to your existing account instead of creating a duplicate. If you've forgotten your password, use "Forgot password" on the login screen rather than trying to register again.
-
Check if your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO).
- If your organisation has fully switched to SSO and you see "Invalid invite, use SSO login instead," don't use the emailed link. Go to https://app.letsweel.com/app/login and sign in with your company's SSO instead.
-
Confirm your invite hasn't been cancelled.
- Invites don't expire on their own, they stay valid until someone accepts or cancels them. Ask an admin on your Weel account to check People/Team > Pending Invites. If your invite isn't listed there, it's likely been deleted.
- There's no "resend" option in Weel. An admin has to cancel the old invite and send a new one, which emails you a fresh link.
-
Open the invitation link in an incognito or private browser window.
- Copy the link directly from the email. This rules out browser extensions, saved autofill data, or a stale logged-in session interfering with the sign-up form.
-
Enter your details manually instead of using pre-filled fields.
- Clear any autofilled information and type your details yourself, especially your mobile number, which needs to be in international format (for example,
+61 4XX XXX XXXfor Australian numbers). An incorrectly formatted number blocks submission.
- Clear any autofilled information and type your details yourself, especially your mobile number, which needs to be in international format (for example,
-
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the invitation link.
- Old cached data can occasionally stop the sign-up page from loading correctly. See Clear Cache and Cookies Guide
-
Check for IT restrictions if you're on a work device.
- Your company's IT security tools or firewall may block the invitation link or sign-up page. Try a personal device or network, or check with your IT team.
What happens next
If none of the above resolves it, contact Weel Support with the exact error message shown on the sign-up page (it appears in a red alert box above the form). This tells our team exactly which check failed, so we can help faster.
