How to create my account as a team member

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email sent to you by Weel.
    • If you haven't received the invite email, check your email inbox as well as your spam folder. If no email can be located, please contact an admin user of the Weel account.
  2. Click the button that takes you to the signup page (default label: "Create account to join team").
  3. Enter your First name.
  4. Enter your Middle name, or tick "I don't have a middle name" if it doesn't apply.
  5. Enter your Last name.
  6. Enter your Mobile number. Weel accepts numbers from almost any country. Only a small, fixed list of countries kept for sanctions and compliance reasons (including Iran, Russia, North Korea, and Syria) is rejected, no matter where you're located.
    • If your number is rejected, you'll see: "Weel doesn't allow phone numbers with that country code - please use another mobile number."
  7. Enter your Date of birth. You need to be 18 or older to use Weel.
    • If you've just turned 18, the check runs on Sydney time, so it can take up to a day to clear.
  8. Enter Your citizenship, your country of citizenship according to your passport.
  9. Create a Password. It needs at least 8 characters, a number, a special character, and both upper and lower case letters, and can't match a known breached password.
    • This is the same password you'll use for both the Weel mobile app and the web app.
  10. Read and accept the Weel Terms & Conditions, Weel Privacy Policy, and Invitation Terms & Conditions.
  11. Click Create account to finish.

What happens next

You'll land on your team member dashboard, a role-aware home screen showing your spend, cards, incomplete expenses, and recent payments and requests.
