Pending invites remain active indefinitely, allowing staff to accept and complete their account setup at any time without being restricted by an expiry date.
To see any outstanding pending invites:
- Open User Management.
- Check the Pending Invites list.
Invites will remain pending until the staff member accepts them. There is no expiry, so they can action the invite whenever convenient.
