Every Weel business has a default limit on how many active Budgets and Cards it can have: 400 Budgets and 800 Cards. These limits sit on your account, not a fixed product ceiling, so we can raise or lower yours as your business changes. If you're nearing either limit, contact Support and we'll review and adjust it.
How It Works
- Default limits: Your business starts with a maximum limit of 400 active Budgets and 800 active Cards.
- Limits live on your account: They're set per business, not fixed platform-wide, so changing yours doesn't need a product change.
- Hitting a limit blocks new activity: Creating a Budget, or adding a new Budget Member (which is how a Card gets issued), stops until the limit is raised.
- Raise your limit anytime: Contact Support at help@letsweel.com and we'll review your account and adjust it.
Good to know
- The Budgets page loads 50 Budgets at a time as you scroll, so having a lot of Budgets doesn't slow it down.
