To replace a staff members card from the web app:
- Open the Weel web app
- Click on the Payments drop-down in the header
- Open the Cards page
- Make sure that you have the Admin view active. If you don't, click the chevron next to Individual view and select Admin view
- View cards grouped by budgets or by people by switching between the Grouped by people and grouped by budgets tabs
- Click on the chevron button next to the staff member you want to replace a card for
- Click on the ellipsis button in the action column next to the card that you want to replace
- Click Issue replacement to replace their card
Once a card is replaced the staff member will receive new card details in the Weel App. If the card that has been replaced is their primary card then the staff member will need to re-add their card to their mobile wallet to make in-store payments. If the card that has been replaced is a budget or subscription card that has a direct debit linked to the card then they'll need to update the direct debit details.
