How do I set my PIN?

To set your PIN for both your physical card and your virtual card, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Weel mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the "Manage card PIN" menu by tapping the cog icon located in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Tap on "Manage card PIN."
  4. Enter a 4-digit PIN. This will be the PIN you use at the point-of-sale terminal when prompted.
  5. Confirm your new 4-digit PIN.
  6. Enter the 6-digit verification code to finalise setting your PIN.

 

Please note that if you have a physical card, the PIN for will be the same for both your physical card and the virtual card in your phone's wallet.
