Add your Weel card to Apple Watch in a few taps, whether it's already in your Apple Wallet or you're starting fresh.
If you haven't added your card to Apple Wallet yet
- Open the Weel mobile app and go to the Card tab.
- Tap the "Add card to Apple Wallet" banner. If you're still completing initial card setup, tap Add to Apple Wallet on the "Let's add your Weel card to your Apple Wallet" screen instead.
- Follow Apple's on-screen prompts: agree to the terms and conditions, verify with the text message code sent to your phone, and set a PIN when prompted.
- If you have an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone, Apple Wallet will typically offer to add the card to your Watch in the same setup. Accept that step if it appears.
If your card is already in Apple Wallet and you want it on a Watch too
This covers pairing a new Apple Watch after you've already set your card up on your iPhone.
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
- Tap Add next to your Weel card.
- Enter your Apple Watch passcode if prompted.
- Follow any further verification Apple asks for. Weel's card issuer re-authenticates you automatically in the background where possible, so you may not need to re-enter any card details at all. If you're asked to verify another way, such as a text message code, just follow the on-screen prompts.
- Agree to the terms and conditions to finish.
If neither option works: add manually
Use this if your card doesn't offer an automatic option, or the attempt fails.
- Open the Weel mobile app.
- Tap the cog icon in the top right corner of the Card tab.
- Tap "Add to wallet manually."
- Tap "Get card details."
- Tap the copy icon next to your card number, then separately tap the copy icon next to your CVC.
- In the Apple Watch or Wallet app, choose "Enter card details manually" (or equivalent) and paste in the card number, expiry, and CVC as prompted.
- Agree to the terms and conditions to finish.
What happens next
Your card stays in your wallet once it's added. You'll only need to repeat this once per device, not each time you use it.
