Change which budget your Primary Card draws from at any time; see Understanding Card Types in Weel: Primary vs Secondary for how primary and secondary cards differ.
Steps
- Open the Weel web app.
- Hover over the collapsed left-hand navigation menu to expand it, then click Cards (grouped under the Payments section with Subscriptions, Accounts Payable, and Reimbursements).

In the Budgets carousel below your Primary Card, click the budget you want it to draw from.
- Each row reads Link budget to primary card, for in-store payments, with a mobile wallet icon showing whether that budget is already linked. Already-linked rows show a checkmark instead and can't be clicked.

Confirm in the drawer that opens ("Please confirm you'd like to link the [budget] budget to your primary card") by clicking Link budget.
- Linking is disabled while your Primary Card is frozen; unfreeze it first.
What happens next
You'll see a "Budget successfully linked to your primary card!" confirmation, and your Primary Card (including any Apple Wallet or Google Pay version, since they share the same card number) now draws from the newly linked budget everywhere it's used.
This only affects your Primary Card; secondary (budget) cards are fixed one per budget and online-payment-only, so they're not something you link to a different budget.
