How to activate your physical card

Activate your new Weel physical card so you can start making payments with it.

Before you start

  • You'll need your physical card in hand for the 8-digit code printed on the sticker on its front.

Steps

  1. Open the Weel mobile app. If you haven't installed it, download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then search for Weel and select Weel: Expense Management.
  2. On the Cards screen, tap the Activate your physical card banner.
    • Don't see the banner? Tap the cog icon (top right), then select Activate physical card from the Manage your card menu. If neither shows, your card is already active or not yet issued.
  3. Enter the 8-digit code from the sticker on the front of your physical card, then tap Activate physical card to confirm.
    • If the code doesn't match, you'll see an error message. Recheck the sticker and re-enter it, it's the only place the code appears.
  4. Once the code is accepted, your card status changes to Active and you're ready to make payments with it.
