Check your physical card's delivery status from the Cards page, keep using it right away in a digital wallet, and know when to contact us if it's overdue.
Steps
- Add your card to a digital wallet, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, or start using it for transactions directly. You don't need to wait for the physical card to arrive.
-
Open the Cards page in the Weel web app and check your card's status tag.
- Order confirmed: submitted to our card issuer and being prepared, not yet sent.
- Shipped: dispatched. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days from this point, not from when the card was ordered. "Shipped" means the card has left the printing facility, so it can still take the full 7 to 10 days while showing this status.
- Activated: activated and ready to use.
-
If your card is still showing Order confirmed after a few business days, or Shipped after 10 business days, check the delivery address the card was sent to. A missing unit or apartment number is the most common reason a card doesn't arrive.
- If you're the Owner or Admin who issued the card, check the delivery address you entered when it was ordered.
- Contact us at help@letsweel.com if the card is genuinely overdue. Include the current status and how long it's shown that status, so we can track it down faster.
What happens next
If Australia Post couldn't deliver the card, it will have been returned to us, and we'll need a confirmed, corrected address before we can send it again. If it was lost in transit instead, we can issue a replacement.
