How do I customise which payment types require a tax invoice?
- In the Weel web app, go to Settings > Expense Management
- Scroll down to the Tax Invoices section
- You can customise the tax invoice requirements for budget and subscription card transactions with choosing the appropriate option from each dropdown:
- Mandatory invoice: Tax invoices are required before completing an expense report.
- Optional invoice: Team members can either provide a tax invoice or mark the expense as no tax invoice.
- No tax invoice required: The system will automatically mark expenses as no tax invoice.
