You can generate an audit-ready transaction statement in Weel by exporting your transactions to a PDF statement for the exact period your auditor needs. If you are new to exports, start with How to export transactions into a PDF statement to learn what is included and how exports work.
Steps
Go to Transactions.
Click Filter.
-
Set the Date filter to match the period your auditor needs (for example, your financial year or audit period).
You can also apply other filters if your auditor needs a specific subset of transactions. For more detail, see How to filter the transactions table.
Click Export.
-
Choose the PDF option (such as Export PDF or Export PDF Statement) and confirm the export.
For step-by-step export guidance, see How to export transactions into a PDF statement.
-
Download the PDF and share it with your auditor.
This export acts as your official end of year transaction statement for auditors and bookkeeping.
Note: The PDF export is the most formal document to show your balance at a certain date or for a specific period.
What happens next
Your PDF statement will download to your device. If anything looks missing, double-check your Date filter (and any other filters) and export again.
