When a physical card is issued, your existing virtual card is replaced and must be updated in your mobile wallet to continue making payments. This ensures uninterrupted access to Apple Pay or Google Pay while your physical card is being delivered.
Before you start:
You will need access to the Weel mobile app and a mobile wallet set up on your device.
To update your card in your mobile wallet:
Open your mobile wallet.
Remove the existing Weel virtual card if it is still present.
Open the Weel app.
Tap the banner Your Weel card is ready to be set up.
Follow the on-screen prompts to add the new card to your mobile wallet.
Your updated card is ready to use immediately for transactions. You can continue using your mobile wallet card before the physical card arrives and is activated.
