For international payments, the time it takes for your supplier to receive their funds depends several factors, including the payment method that you have selected for the supplier, the supplier's location and the transfer date.
Once the payment is processed, funds typically reach the supplier within 0-3 business days. This may vary based on the recipient's bank and any intermediary banks involved in the transaction. You can view the estimated payment processing time when creating or viewing the Supplier's details. To do this, go to Suppliers > select your supplier > the estimated payment delivery time is available in the Banking Details section.
Why is my payment delayed?
-
Transaction in review:
Please be aware that due to regulatory requirements, we may occasionally request supporting documentation from you to process certain transactions, which could lead to potential delays. -
Bank processing times:
Different banks may have varying processing times, especially for international transactions. While many banks process payments quickly, others may take additional time. -
Bank holidays, public holidays and weekends:
Payments processed on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays may experience delays, as most banks process payments only during business days.
