Before you start
- Available on Weel's Premium and Enterprise plans (Enterprise includes everything in Premium)
- You need to be an Owner, Admin, or have the Configure all settings permission
- On a Basic plan? Contact Weel to discuss upgrading to Premium
Steps
- Log in to the Weel web app.
- Click the Settings gear in the top right corner, then choose Settings.
- Open the AI and automations tab.
- Scroll to the Receipt validation section, in the Weel AI panel near the top of the page.
- Switch the toggle on.
What happens next
Weel's AI checks each receipt attached to a card transaction for legibility and matches it against the transaction's merchant, currency, amount, and GST, flagging anything that looks off for review. This is a web app setting only. There's no toggle in the mobile app, but cardholders will still see the same validation warnings there once it's switched on.
