Weel's pricing depends on the plan you're on and the number of users on your account. Rates change over time, so our pricing page is always the current source of truth, not this article. Here's how billing works across our plans, and where to go for legacy or custom pricing.
How It Works
- Current plans. Basic, Premium, and Enterprise unlock different features, and every plan includes AI receipt coding. Premium and Enterprise add card blocking, multi-step approvals, and advanced AI receipt tools: AI receipt validation and AI receipt capture & match, which forwards receipts to be matched automatically. API access, NetSuite, and SSO are Enterprise only. See What Is the Difference Between the Basic, Premium, and Enterprise Plans? for the full breakdown.
- How billing works. Your bill is based on how many users are active on your account each cycle, and isn't pro-rata for users added or removed mid-cycle.
- Every user counts for the full cycle. All users are billed for their full active cycle regardless of role or usage, and continue to count until the cycle after they're deactivated.
- Legacy plans. If you signed up before 25 November 2022, you're likely on a legacy Starter, Growth, or Scale plan, priced per user based on your payment volume, plus separate Accounts Payable and Reimbursements add-on fees.
- Custom plans. If you have a bespoke plan or want to discuss pricing, contact us at help@letsweel.com and our team will help.
