Running low on budget? You can request additional funds directly from the Weel mobile app, letting your approver know exactly how much you need and why.
Before you start
You'll need to be a member of at least one active budget to make a top-up request.
Steps
To request a budget top-up via the Weel mobile app.
- Open Weel mobile app
- Open the Requests tab
- Tap the green + button
- Enter How much additional funds you need
- Enter What For so that your approver understands why you are making the request
- Select the Budget that needs the extra funds
- Tap Request
- Your approvers will be notified by email and push notification
- You can track the status of your request from the Requests tab and will be automatically notified as soon as your request is Approved or Declined
What happens next
Once submitted, your approvers will be notified by both email and push notification.
