Switch between businesses in the Weel mobile app without logging out, so you can manage expenses, cards, and approvals for each one.
Before you start
- You need to belong to more than one business in Weel. If you don't yet, this screen will simply say your businesses will appear here once you're invited to another one as a team member.
Steps
- Tap the Menu button in the top-left corner of the Weel app.
- Tap Change Business.
- Select the business you want to switch to from the list.
- The business you're currently in shows a checkmark and can't be reselected; every other business shows an arrow you can tap.
What happens next
Switching takes you straight into the new business and back to the home screen, clearing the previous business's cached data (categories, budgets, custom fields, and more) so nothing carries over. To add a new business, or see a dashboard across all your businesses, use the Weel web app instead; neither is available in the mobile app yet.
