How to check if your device supports the Weel mobile app

Confirm your phone's operating system meets Weel's minimum requirements before you download the mobile app.

Steps

  1. Check your device's OS version.
    • iOS: Go to Settings > General > About > Software Version.
    • Android: Go to Settings > About phone > Software information > Android version.
  2. Compare your OS version against Weel's minimum requirements.
    • iOS: Version 15.1 or later
    • Android: Version 14 or later (minimum SDK 34)
  3. Download the Weel app.
    • iOS: Open the App Store and search for "Weel" to download, or go straight to the Weel app listing there.
    • Android: Open the Google Play Store and search for "Weel" to download, or go straight to the listing there.

What happens next

If your OS is below the minimum version, update it or switch to a compatible device. In the meantime, you can use every Weel feature from the web app.
