How to check if your device supports the Weel mobile app

This article helps you confirm whether your mobile device is compatible with the Weel app so you can install and use it without issues. 

Before you start

  • Ensure your device’s operating system meets the minimum requirements listed below.

  • You’ll need an active internet connection to download the app.

To Begin:

  1. Check your device OS version

    • On iOS: Go to Settings > General > About > Software Version.

    • On Android: Go to Settings > About Phone > Software Information > Android Version.

  2. Compare your OS version with Weel requirements

    • Apple devices: iOS 11.0 or later

    • Android devices: Android 11.0 or later

  3. Download the Weel app

    • On iOS: Open the App Store and search for “Weel” to download.

    • On Android: Open Google Play Store and search for “Weel” to download.

       

Once installed, you can log in and start managing expenses on your mobile device. If your device OS is below the required version, the app may not function correctly. Consider updating your OS or using a compatible device.
