It is very uncommon but some old POS terminals may ask you to enter a PIN for transactions over $100. If this happens you will need to create a PIN for your card and enter it into the POS terminal.
To create a PIN number:
- Open the Weel mobile app
- Open the Card tab
- Tap the Settings (Cog icon) button in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Manage card PIN
- Enter a 4-digit PIN (this is the PIN you will use at the POS terminal when prompted)
- Confirm your new 4-digit PIN
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone via SMS (the SMS will be sent to the phone number you initially set-up with Weel) or the authenticator app
- Click Done on the confirmation screen
