How to create a subscription

To create a new subscription card:

    1. Open the Subscription page

    2. Click Create New Subscription

    3. Enter What the subscription is called

    4. Select Who you want to have access to the card

    5. Select What category transactions should be coded as - all transactions to this card will be automatically coded with this category

    6. Select the How you are billed for the subscription

    7. Enter the Maximum Amount - you cannot be charged more than this amount for each billing period. The Maximum Amount is set in AUD. Please enter a higher amount for subscriptions that bill in USD or other foreign currencies to cover any fluctuations in the FX rate.

    8. Click Create

The subscription card can be accessed by the Subscription Owner from the Weel mobile app. To view the card details in the mobile app, open the Card tab, tap Pay Online and then select the subscription to display the card details.
