Subscription cards in Weel let you securely manage recurring payments while controlling spend and categorisation. This guide shows you how to create a new subscription card.
Before you start
You’ll need the Owner or Admin permissions to create subscription cards
To create a subscription card:
Open the Subscriptions page.
Click Create New Subscription.
Enter What the subscription is called.
Select Who you want to have access to the card.
Select What category transactions should be coded as.
All transactions made on this card will be automatically coded with this category.
Select How you are billed for the subscription.
Enter the Maximum Amount.
You cannot be charged more than this amount per billing period.
The maximum amount is set in AUD. For subscriptions billed in USD or other foreign currencies, enter a higher amount to allow for FX rate fluctuations.
Click Create.
The subscription card will be created and can be accessed by the Subscription Owner in the Weel mobile app. To view the card details, open the Card tab, tap Pay Online, then select the subscription to display the card details.
