Each subscription has its own dedicated card, so you can pay recurring merchant subscriptions without using your primary card. To view the details for a subscription card, you must be the subscription's owner to view its card details. If you're not, the option will be disabled.
Steps
On the mobile app
- Open the Weel mobile app.
- Tap the Cards tab in the bottom navigation.
- Open the Subscriptions page.
- Swipe between your cards to find the one you want to pay from.
- Tap See card details.
- Copy the Card Number, Expiry, and CVC, and paste them into the merchant's checkout.
- If the merchant asks for a card name, copy the Card name shown. It's the subscription owner's name, not your business name.
- Use your business address if the merchant asks for a billing address.
On the web app
- Open the Weel web app.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click Subscriptions. It's a top-level menu item next to Cards, no longer a tab inside a Payments dropdown.
- Select the subscription you want to pay from and click Card details.
- Copy the Card Number, Expiry, CVC, and Card name, and paste them into the merchant's checkout.
- Use your business address if the merchant asks for a billing address.
What happens next
Before you complete the payment, check the subscription's available limit. Subscription card limits top up automatically on the subscription's own billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually, or financial year), separate from your other budgets.
