How to create an categorisation rule for your subscription cards

With Weel's subscription cards you can create a rule to code each transaction against the right category automatically.

To create a categorisation rule for new subscriptions:

1. Open Subscriptions

2. Click Create New Subscription

3. Under the field What category should transactions should be coded as? select the relevant category

4. Complete the remaining fields and click Create

Going forward all transactions made with this subscription card will be coded with the category you have selected.

To edit a categorisation rule for an existing subscription:

1. Open Subscriptions

2. Open the relevant subscription

3. Click Edit

4. Under the field What category should transactions should be coded as? select the relevant category

5. Click Update
