How to track the progress of your accounting exports
To track which transactions have exported into your accounting software:

Open the Transactions page

Review the status in the column called Xero Export / MYOB Export / Quickbooks Export

If you notice a transaction with an Export Error open the transaction and follow the instructions in the orange export error message to resolve it
Please note, the sync status column is only available to accounts that have integrated with Xero, MYOB Account Right and Quickbooks.
Understanding the different statuses
Xero users

Waiting to Export: the transaction will export into Xero once it has cleared

Unreconciled: the transaction has exported into Xero and can be reconciled

Reconciled: the transaction has been reconciled in Xero
-
Export Error: the transaction has been unable to export into Xero and needs attention
MYOB users

Waiting to Export: the transaction will export into MYOB once it has cleared
-
Export Complete: the transaction has exported into MYOB
-
Export Error: the transaction has been unable to export into MYOB and needs attention
QuickBooks users
-
Waiting to Export: the transaction will export into Quickbooks once it has cleared

Export Complete: the transaction has exported into Quickbooks
