You can update your phone number on both the Weel web platform and the mobile app. An OTP will be required to confirm the change.
1. Updating Your Phone Number on the Web
Go to Settings
Select Profile
Click Edit Profile
Update your phone number
Click Update Profile
2. Updating Your Phone Number on the Mobile App
Tap the menu icon (top-left corner)
Tap Profile
Tap the pencil icon (top-right corner)
Update your phone number
Tap Save
If You No Longer Have Access to Your Current Phone Number
If you cannot access the phone number linked to your Weel account, please contact our Support Team at help@letsweel.com, and we’ll assist you with updating it securely.
