It is very uncommon but some old POS terminals may ask you to enter a PIN for transactions over $100. If this happens you will need to create a PIN for your card and enter it into the POS terminal.
To set a PIN number:

Open the Weel mobile app
- Open the Card tab

Tap the Settings button in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Set Card PIN

Tap Send on the manage pin pop-up

Enter the 8-digit verification code sent to your phone via SMS (The SMS will be sent to the phone number you initially set-up with Weel)

Enter a 4-digit PIN and then confirm it by entering again (this is the PIN you will use at the POS terminal when prompted)

Tap Submit
If the phone number you are trying to receive the verification code on is out-of-date you will need to update it. To update your phone number:

Tap the Menu button in the top-left corner

Tap Profile

Tap Edit in the top-right corner

Enter your new mobile phone number

Tap Save

Enter the 4-digit SMS code to verify your new phone number
