Weel's Subscription feature gives every software subscription its own virtual card, so you always know exactly what each one costs and who's responsible for it. Every card carries a spend cap, an owner, and a spend category, so its transactions code themselves automatically. You can pause, cancel, or replace any subscription card from directly within Weel, whenever you need to.
How It Works
- Dedicated card per subscription: Every subscription gets its own virtual card, so its transactions code themselves to the right category and show up on the Transactions page automatically.
- Built-in spend control: Set a Maximum Amount per billing period, choose who owns and can access the card, and assign it a spend category, when you create it.
- Pause anytime: Open the Subscriptions page, open the subscription, and click Pause to stop charges instantly, then click Activate whenever you're ready to resume them.
- Cancel for good: Click Edit, then Delete Subscription, to remove the card permanently, while past transactions stay visible on the Transactions page.
- Fast card replacement: If a card's ever compromised, replace it in a couple of clicks and keep the same owner, category, and available balance.
Good to know
- Creating a subscription card requires Owner or Admin permissions.
- Weel doesn't restrict Subscriptions to a specific plan, so it's available on every plan.
