What is the difference between the "pending my approval" vs "pending approval" statuses?

When looking at the Approvals screen on the web app as an account Admin or Owner, there are 2 separate statuses for pending approval items:

  • Pending your approval - items that require your approval

  • Pending approval - items that require approval from someone else
