When viewing the Approvals screen in the "All approvals" view, you'll see two different statuses for pending items:
- Pending your approval — items that are waiting for you to approve or decline
- Pending approval — items that are waiting for someone else to approve
The "All approvals" view is available to Admins, Owners, and any user with a custom role that has the "View all approvals" permission enabled.
