Your Primary Card adds to Google Pay automatically, but Secondary Budget Cards never appear there by design; see Understanding Card Types in Weel - Primary vs Secondary for the difference.
Steps
Primary Card not showing
Your Primary Card is virtual by default and is created automatically as soon as you're enabled with the Card payment type. It's this card, virtual or physical, that can be added to Google Pay for in-store tap payments. If you can't see it, work through these checks:
- Confirm Google Pay is supported on your Android phone by downloading the Google Pay app from the Play Store. If it won't install, your device may be too old to support it.
- Install Google Pay, if you haven't already.
- Open Google Pay and check whether your card's already added before adding it again.
- Try adding your card again if the prompts were confusing or got interrupted partway through.
- Connect to the internet, then try again.
- Check with your company's IT team if you're on a work phone. Locked-down devices can block wallet provisioning.
- Add your card manually if the automatic add didn't work: go to the Card tab, select the cog icon, choose Add to wallet manually, then Get card details, and enter those details directly in Google Pay.

Secondary (Budget) Cards not showing (this is expected)
Secondary Budget Cards, the extra virtual card you get for each budget you're a member of, are online-payment-only by design and are never added to a digital wallet. Only your Primary Card can be provisioned into Google Pay for in-store tap payments. If you need a Budget Card's number or details for an online purchase, find them in the Weel app or web platform directly.
What happens next
There's no restriction that makes a virtual Primary Card harder to add than a physical one: both go through the same Google Pay provisioning path. The only real split is Primary (walletable) versus Secondary/Budget (not walletable, online-only).
